Joel Seah

Joel Seah is a trainer who specialises in Communication, Sales and Customer Service. He first started reading about self improvement topics ten years ago, and subsequently made use of various techniques to excel into a distinction student in his undergraduate studies.

A passion to understand personal mastery and achieve greater excellence led him to learn from all sources that allowed him. Today, that passion for knowledge and learning is as strong as ever.

Joel is also trained in Enneagram Profiling and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and he actively integrates these techniques into his trainings to add more value and create winning solutions for everyone.

With an ability to simplify information and allow participants to understand key lessons, he has successfully trained audiences from diverse backgrounds in countries across the region including China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Joel finds tremendous joy in sharing knowledge with people. He keeps his trainings dynamic and interactive, allowing participants to meet training objectives and achieve greater success in their careers and personal lives.

With the present economic climate and increasing sophistication of consumers’ buying behaviour, Joel finds that it is more crucial than ever to be equipped with effective communication skills.

Regardless of whether it is to impress at an interview and landing a new job, or maintaining relations at the current one, or even to convince consumers to make purchases,  interpersonal communication skills is a vital factor which can dramatically add value to any person.

This is one of the main reasons for setting up this blog. Through the sharing of effective communication using NLP and personality profiling using the Enneagram, Joel hopes that everyone will be able to fine tune their ability to communicate effectively, and seek greater success in life.
